In February, we’re celebrating Black Authors with the Our Voices Our Stories series on the 8th at the Mizell Center. It’s a morning filled with powerful narratives, diverse voices, and inspiring tales. Come together with fellow book lovers to honor the incredible works of Black Authors. Register HERE.
On February 10th Palm Springs Speaks presents Cheech Marin at 7:30 PM at the Plaza Theatre. He will be discussing his career, his love of Chicano art and so much more–with Manny “the Movie Guy” dela Rosa. Don’t miss this opportunity to see Cheech Marin LIVE. For an opportunity to meet Mr. Marin, buy a VIP ticket in rows A-H and attend a pre-event reception, have your photo taken with Cheech, and receive a copy of his book. VIP experience starts at 5:30 PM before the show. This series is presented by the Friends of the Palm Springs Library, so your ticket purchase goes to support the Library!
